About me

From student organizations to international EU projects

I am project manager with broad experience in international project management funded by EU funds. I specialize in Interreg programs and crossborder cooperation between Slovakia and Hungary.

I have successfully led projects with a total budget of 2 milion EUR, coordinated the work of 15 partners across two countries, and ensured communication with managing authorities, suppliers, and stakeholders.

My experience includes project application preparation, financial management, reporting, event organization, and and team leadership. I work with Agile methodology and have 10 years of experience in leadership positions in non-profit organizations.

The combination of technical knowledge, management skills, and practical experience enables me to effectively manage complex projects from start to successful completion.
